
Daniel Youngblood has more than a decade of rich and successful experience in investments, planning and client service.
As an Associate Advisor Cotton Wealth Management Associates, Daniel provides comprehensive financial planning, investment strategies, and insurance services for clients, and directs the operational side of CWMA.
Prior to joining LPL Financial as a registered advisor in 2012, Daniel served as a Regional Account Manager for Clark Consulting, LLC. At Clark he was a versatile and energetic member in a team effort designing and managing retirement packages and life insurance agreements for top executives of small to mid-sized banking institutions. Prior to Clark, he was a registered representative at Capital One Investments, where he excelled in engaging and educating investment clients as well as supporting discount brokerage and operations activities. In these professional roles, he provided strategic perspective on investing and the retirement process for both individuals and organizations working through complex financial decisions in these areas.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of New Orleans, the Series 7 through LPL Financial and the Series 66 (63&65) through both LPL and Independent Financial Partners. Securities registrations through LPL Financial, and a General Lines Insurance (Life, Accident, Health, and HMO) license. He is currently pursuing candidacy as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with the CFP Board of Ethics and Standards.
Outside of his work as a financial professional, Daniel is also a member of the downtown Rotary Club of Dallas, the first Rotary Club in Texas, where he volunteers his time for many civic projects benefiting veterans, children, police officers, and students at all levels. He plays competitive league tennis, is a member of Toastmasters International, serves on the Rotary Club of Dallas Foundation Investment Committee, and supports Rotary’s Interact youth program. A dedicated father of two, he and his wife, Kay, reside in Dallas with their young sons, Liam and Drew.
